The Ask: The client came to us for a new website that represented a large variety of different CPG product containers. Something that was an interesting challenge was the budget was very constrained so we looked to AI for every opportunity.
Background: We used AI to assist in creating a user journey map, which helped in determining the website's structure. We made the homepage longer and tailor the content to the end user. To minimize development costs, we leveraged AI to generate images that gave the site a polished and professional appearance, customized to the client's requirements. This approach allowed us to create a more tailored look than stock photos would have provided.
The Idea: This brand was beyond our usual comfort zone. However, by using new technology, we could understand the end-users better than we could have ever imagined. Moreover, leveraging AI, we created dynamic content that has already translated into product sales.
