I’m a marketing and design-focused professional with over a decade of experience helping teams design clearer customer experiences and turn strategy into execution that actually delivers results. My background spans brand, digital, and growth work across B2B, advanced manufacturing, data center infrastructure, and hospitality; often in environments where things were complex, fast-moving, or underdefined.
What I do best is connect the dots between customer needs, business goals, and the systems that support both. I translate research and data into clear positioning, intuitive user journeys, and campaigns that are tested, measured, and improved over time. I’m comfortable working across the full lifecycle from early discovery and framing the problem to building, launching, and refining solutions.
